Hania Cennerazzo has been in the health field since 1988 when she trained at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. She taught yoga until 1996 when she turned to training in and teaching meditation. She studied Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction at UMass Medical Center. Parallel to this Hania has traveled and lived in India since 1986 studying many branches of yoga, from the Bhakti tradition to Advaita (non-dualism) with H.W.L. Poonja.
Hania was introduced to the power of Reflexology when she moved to Portland, Oregon in 2012. She had an opportunity to study with Bill Flocco of the American Academy of Reflexology, completing 300 hours of study to become a Certified Reflexologist. She continues to do further study with Flocco and other well known teachers in the field. Since 2013 she has been seeing clients in and around Portland. Her specialties include pain management and preventative health care for seniors. As a former school teacher she has an interest in working with children and teens as well. Her office is in Southwest Portland near OHSU and she also does home visits.
Hania is a founding member of the Oregon Reflexology Network and served on the board as VP for two years.
